Jennifer Lin

Chief Compliance Officer

Jennifer Lin is the Chief Compliance Officer, Chair of the DEI Committee of Fundamental, and a member of the Senior Management Team. Prior to joining Fundamental in 2021, Ms. Lin was Director of Compliance and ESG Officer at Rhône Group, where she was responsible for compliance and regulatory matters for its private equity funds and provided oversight on various ESG initiatives. Prior to joining Rhône, Ms. Lin was a Partner, member of the Operating Committee and Compliance Business Group Leader at DLA, LLC, where she advised private equity and asset management firms on compliance and regulatory matters. Before that, she was a Vice President of Compliance at Deutsche Bank. She has held board positions for non-profit organizations and is a currently a Member of CHIEF, a network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. Ms. Lin received a B.A. in Economics from State University of New York at Stony Brook and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and member of ACAMS.
